PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nestled within the mature gardens of East Melbourne, this Victorian terrace sits in one of Melbourne’s most storied neighbourhoods — tree-lined streets, Federation and Victorian architecture, and homes that have been standing for well over a century.
This one was ready for a full refresh — brightening the interior while carefully preserving everything that makes it worth preserving.
Sol Shine completed a full interior repaint using Dulux Lexicon Quarter, creating a lighter, more refined atmosphere throughout the home. Externally, Sol Shine restored and repainted the front façade, including intricate heritage timber trim. The custom front door colour provides a striking entry feature, while the front windows were finished in Dulux Clotted Cream for a timeless character match.
Through proactive communication and clean, organised delivery, Sol Shine ensured the project was completed with minimal disruption. The result is a premium finish that celebrates every original feature — and brings new life into a home that East Melbourne has had for generations.
