This three-storey contemporary home sits high in the treetops overlooking the Yarra River in Kew. It required a full exterior repaint to strengthen its market appeal and enhance long-term surface protection. The owners wanted a modern palette that adds warmth while elevating the home’s already striking design.
Sol Shine repainted all exterior surfaces — including rendered walls, architectural columns, garage doors, feature fencing and structural details. The selected colour scheme brings refined contrast: Dulux Bronze Fig as the main body colour, complemented by Dulux Evening Haze to highlight key features such as the garage.
